SHIPPING POLICY
HSM Style provides domestic and international shipping services. We always strive to prepare, package, and hand over orders to the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.
Shipping Method
You can purchase products directly at the HSM Style store or place orders online via our website. Online orders are delivered through a shipping carrier chosen by HSM Style, depending on the delivery address and available services.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within approximately 01–03 business days from when HSM Style confirms the order and successful payment.
Processing time does not include Sundays, public holidays, Tet, and other designated days off. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order preparation time may be longer than expected.

The times above are estimates only and are calculated after order processing time. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, delivery address, weather, and customs procedures.
Delivery Fees and Taxes
1. DOMESTIC ORDERS
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address, order value, and applicable shipping service. The exact fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping fees are determined by the country, delivery address, package weight, and shipping method. The applicable fee will be displayed on the checkout page if your region is supported.
Depending on the regulations of the recipient country, orders may incur import duties, value-added tax, customs fees, or processing fees. Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, these fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in HSM Style's shipping fees.
Track Your Journey
After the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, HSM Style will send confirmation information along with the tracking number or order tracking link to your email.
The tracking code may take some time to be updated on the shipping carrier's system.
Incidents
Delivery times may be longer than expected in some cases:
- Inability to contact the recipient via the provided information.
- Delivery address is incomplete, inaccurate, or difficult to ascertain.
- High order volume during promotional periods or peak seasons.
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, or force majeure events.
- Disruptions to shipping carriers, flights, or operational systems.
- Customs inspection procedures in the sending or receiving country.
In the event of significant delays that HSM Style is notified of, we will endeavor to update you with information as soon as possible.
Damage, Loss, or Incorrect Delivery
Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package before opening. If the package shows signs of denting, tearing, wetness, being opened, or damage, you should take photos and videos as evidence for support.
In case the order is damaged, lost, has missing products, or incorrect products are delivered, please contact HSM Style via contact@byhsmstyle.com and provide:
- Order code.
- Tracking number.
- Images or videos of the package.
- Description of the condition of the received product.
HSM Style will verify the information and coordinate with the shipping carrier to provide an appropriate resolution according to our Return Policy and applicable regulations.
Change or Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing accurate full name, phone number, email, address, and postal code of the recipient.
If you need to change delivery information, please contact HSM Style as soon as possible. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, HSM Style cannot guarantee that the package can be changed or rerouted.
Wholesale Orders
For bulk orders or wholesale orders, delivery time, shipping method, and costs will be confirmed separately according to the quotation or agreement between HSM Style and the customer.
